By creating an account or using CareerWithAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CareerWithAI is an AI-powered career development platform for software developers. We provide skill assessments, AI-generated lessons, coding challenges, resume analysis, mock interviews, and career coaching tools.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@careerwithai.co if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service; (b) share account credentials; (c) use the service to generate content that is harmful, illegal, or deceptive; (d) circumvent any plan restrictions or usage limits.
Content generated by our AI (lessons, interview questions, feedback, resume suggestions) is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not professional career advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of employment outcomes. Always exercise your own judgement.
Paid plans (Pro, Career) are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by law.
Beta codes grant access to paid plan features at no charge for a limited period. Beta access may be withdrawn at any time with 30 days notice. Beta users agree to provide feedback to help improve the product.
You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, code). You grant CareerWithAI a limited licence to process this content solely to deliver the service to you. All platform content, code, and branding is owned by CareerWithAI Ltd.
CareerWithAI is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
